Shopping List Tuesday

Here is what you are going to need for tommorows meal.
Mild cheader
Milk
Butter
Flour
Salt
Pepper
Chunked tomato's
Pasta
This is a fun meal that every will enjoy eating.

Monday Dinner

Chicken, Potato's and Veggie
Oven at 350°F
In large roast pan or oven safe dish place chicken in middle and sprinkle salt, pepper, seasoning (I use garlic and poultry seasoning or Italian seasoning). Put two cups water and 4 TBSP butter with chicken.
Take potato's and cut into smaller pieces( I do into 4s). Place on one side of chicken and sprinkle with salt and pepper if you would like you can add other spices.
On the other side of the chicken place veggies I use green Beens or carrots cut up into coin like pieces add some salt and a little extra butter to this side.
Put on lid or tinfoil and place in oven for 1 1/2 hours check through out cooking to ensure there is still some water in bottom of pan but not to much. Check to make sure chicken is cooked by cutting a chicken in half and seeing the middle is no longer pink and juices run clear.
When serving add sour cream and cheese to potato's.

Pottatos -1 per person
Carrots or Beens - half a cup per person
Sour cream (Optional)
Shredded cheese (Optional)
Salt
Pepper
Garlics
Poultry seasoning
Butter
This will be a simple meal for Monday night!
